Each party is led by a dedicated CCC Cupcake Instructor, who guides the children through the process of baking and decorating cupcakes.

The party starts with a hands-on session where participants mix vanilla cake batter from scratch and bake cupcakes in a commercial oven.

The excitement continues as attendees colour The CCC's famous buttercream, fill piping bags, and learn the art of cupcake decoration with an assortment of toppings, including sprinkles, sparkles, and edible glitter.

The atmosphere is filled with vibrant party music, creating a festive mood.

Every child takes home their personalised cupcake creations in a special gift box, accompanied by a certificate that celebrates their creative accomplishment.

For further customisation, CCC offers options like party bags filled with treats and mementos, as well as the opportunity to take home CCC embroidered aprons. Chilled drinks are available for purchase during the event, ensuring refreshments for all guests

A The CCC party offers two different package options for your preference.

The first package option, "Cupcake Decorating Party", has a party duration of 1.5 hours (90 minutes), while the second package option, "Cupcake Baking & Decorating Party", provides a longer party duration of 2 hours.

Both durations are designed to ensure an enjoyable and engaging experience for all participants aged 6 years and above.

Yes, all the necessary baking supplies and ingredients are provided for the participants during the party.

While The CCC party is designed primarily for the participating children, parents or guardians are welcome to observe and enjoy the event.

However, active participation in the party activities may be limited to the registered participants to ensure that the children have the best experience.

Each child will have the opportunity to decorate 6 vanilla cupcakes during the party.

While we don't explicitly offer customisation of cupcake flavors for the party activities, we've designed the event to maximize enjoyment with our delicious and versatile vanilla cupcakes.

Booking a Cupcake Decorating & Baking Party for your child is easy!

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you secure your spot:

1. Choose Your Party Package: Select the Party Package that best suits your preferences from our options.
2. Click "Book Now": Once you've made your selection, click on the "Book Now" button to begin the booking process.
3. Select Date: Choose your preferred party date from the available options on the calendar and click on "Next" to proceed.
4. Add Attendee Details: Provide the Attendees' Names and Child's Age details for each participant joining the party.
5. Add to Cart: After filling in the attendee details, click on "Add to Cart" to confirm your selections.
6. Finalise Payment: To secure your spot, complete the payment of the required deposit. This step ensures that your booking is confirmed and your spot is reserved for the chosen date and time.
7. Confirmation and Details: Once the payment is finalised, our team will reach out to you. We will work with you to arrange all the finer details of the party, ensuring everything is in place for a memorable event.

Notice Period: Due to the popularity of our classes and parties, we require a minimum of 2 WEEKS notice to reschedule a party booking without incurring further charges. Changes made within 2 weeks of the original party date will result in a re-booking fee of $150.

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your booking, we regret that we cannot refund your deposit. Instead, your deposit can be transferred to store credit, with a 20% admin fee deducted. For Decorating classes, this results in $120 store credit, and for Baking classes, it results in $200 store credit.
